The application and this website are published by THE KF COMPANY. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, use the address provided in the Contact section.

2. Data kept only on your device

The application works without an account. Your reading progress, favorites, chosen language, speed, text size and other preferences are stored locally on your device.

You can remove this data by resetting the relevant settings or deleting the application. We cannot access your favorites or reading history.

3. Notifications and Live Activity

If you grant permission, iOS allows the application to schedule a reminder at your chosen time. This reminder is scheduled locally by the system. Content shown in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen is passed to iOS system components on your device.

You can change or withdraw these permissions at any time in the application or in iOS Settings.

4. Optional analytics and diagnostics

Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are enabled only after your explicit consent. When enabled, they may process an app-instance identifier, general usage events, screens viewed, technical device and app-version information, and diagnostics when an error or crash occurs.

This information is used only to understand general app usage, fix problems and improve performance. It is not used for advertising and is not associated with a user account. You can withdraw consent in the app settings; collection is then disabled and the Analytics instance data is reset on the device.

5. Optional support subscriptions

Optional support subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and technically managed with RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, limited technical information, purchase history, the Apple receipt, subscription status and information required to validate the transaction.

THE KF COMPANY never receives your full payment-card number. Apple remains responsible for payment processing and its legal record-keeping duties.

6. This website

This website includes no advertising tools, tracking pixels, account forms or audience analytics. It does not install measurement cookies.

The hosting and security infrastructure may nevertheless create temporary technical logs, which can include the IP address, browser, request time and requested URL, to keep the service available and secure.

7. Purposes and legal bases

Optional analytics and diagnostics rely on your consent. Purchase-data processing is required to complete the transaction you request. Technical website logs may be processed under our legitimate interest in maintaining and securing the service, subject to your rights.

8. Recipients, transfers and retention

Depending on the features you enable, information may be processed by Apple, Google Firebase and RevenueCat. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, under their own contractual commitments and the mechanisms available under applicable law.

Local data remains on your device until it is removed. Provider-processed data is retained according to their policies, our service configuration and the period required for the purposes described or for legal obligations.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Some information is anonymous or exists only on your device, so we may not be able to identify it remotely. We will explain the available options when you contact us.

10. Children, security and changes

The application is not specifically directed at children and does not ask for a name, email address or profile creation. Parents and legal guardians should continue to supervise a minor’s use of the device.

We take reasonable measures to protect processed information, although no system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the application, providers or law. The date shown at the top of this page will then be updated.
